The service

SeatBorne provides tools for companies to define board and advisory needs, discover executives who have opted in to discovery, and request introductions that executives may accept or decline.

No legal or governance advice

SeatBorne does not provide legal, tax or governance advice. We do not determine director independence, fiduciary eligibility, conflicts of interest or regulatory suitability. Companies are solely responsible for their own diligence and appointment decisions and should consult qualified counsel.

No guarantee of placement

Use of SeatBorne does not guarantee that any search will result in an appointment, or that any executive will accept an introduction.

Accuracy of profiles

Profile information is provided by users and is self-reported unless explicitly marked as reviewed by SeatBorne staff. Users must provide accurate information and keep it current.

Acceptable use

• Do not contact executives outside an accepted introduction using information obtained through SeatBorne.
• Do not scrape, export or resell profile data.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, organisation or authority.

Fees

Paid plans are described on our pricing page. Until online checkout is available, paid plans are arranged and invoiced directly.
